 Custom startup tabs and new launch screen options for Join/Host game.

Installation:
 Unzip the .vl2 file into your Tribes2\GameData\base folder.
 Start Tribes 2.
 Choose settings from launch menu, game tab, and select desired launch screen.
 Customize startup tabs on the script's option page. (Writer's support required)
