Readme file for madBOT's Tribes2 RatesHud

Information
-----------
This script will display your FPS and
optionally your ping/packet loss as well.
In addition, you can turn on extended info
for min/max/avg of these rates.  It has
a console game tab for selecting/changing
your preferences and these will take effect
immediately in game without having to restart
tribes.  The current rates will display in a
small box docked right under your energy bar
and touching your compass.  You can change the
color settings for the various ranges in the
options tab.


Installation
------------
Merely unzip to your Tribes2 directory.


Ping/Packet Loss
----------------
Due to the extreme load placed upon the server
by using the already installed lobby gui call
to get player scores for ping/packet loss info,
it is recommended that you enable ping/PL for
only brief periods of time to fine tune your
performance or to help better identify servers
that give you consistant 'low ping' response.
Once you find such a server, exit to the console
tab and switch it off.
