Shellby 0.99 for win32 5/17/2004, Paul Rosenberry ({NQP!}Qing) Tribes 2 Server Shell What it does... Shellby creates customized batch files for launching T2 servers. You can launch iSpawn directly using Shellby, or just run the batch files that it creates upon each launch. Batch files will be named StartServer_28000, but 28000 will be replaced with whichever port you are using. This allows multiple servers to have simultaneous startup batch files in the same GameData folder. How to use it... Verify that the iSpawn path is correct for your server Verify that the executable field reads "tribes2.exe" (can be changed for advanced users) Set the game port to whichever port you are using for this server. 28000 is normal. Verify that the Dedicated box is checked If you are running a base server and want to allow custom scripts, maps, etc., then make sure the Nonpure box is checked If you run mods, click the checkboxes and enter the mod names. Shellby can run up to 3 mods at one time. It's up to the server to decide if they're compatible. Normally you would only run multiple mods in a situation where you might run a game mod and an admin mod at the same time. Otherwise, you can use the checkboxes to conveniently switch between multiple mods you might run at various times. You would not however want to run (for example) classic, version2, and renegades mods all at the same time. The rest.... if you can't figure the rest out you probably shouldn't mess with those things. Limitations... If you run multiple servers, you'll need multiple installations of Shellby to keep them all separate.
