Disregard the following install information I have made a .vl2 file so that you don't need to worry about installing.
Just copy the .vl2 into Dynamix/Tribes2/gamedata/base/  or into Dynamix/Tribes2/gamedata/base/skins  whichever you prefer.

Then set your texture mode set to 32-bit. Now go into the warrior page and tell it to
show custom skins,select the human male as your race and then select Orange! from the list

These are the light male, med male, and heavy male skins
